Book cover for The Word Among Us booklets- Variety of Catholic designs

I have been creating patterns for foldable book covers and have found it frustrating to try to fit all sizes of books. I created one that will fit a A5 planner which is also the size of The Word Among Us monthly booklet. On my visit to CountryFest in Maria Stein this past week, a woman suggested creating this type of cover for the Magnificat. I told her it must be a Holy Moment! The Magnificat is smaller than The Word Among Us, so these can fit either! So I've been sewing and enlisted my reluctant 13 year old to do a bit of quilting with the interfacing. The next day she offered to do more for me. :)

So here is my small collection of book covers with faux leather, a metal snap, and a slip pocket to hold prayer cards and such.

I will take custom orders if you'd like a favorite fabric in my shop. Leave a note at checkout for the fabric you'd like and I will be in contact with a picture of the interior fabric and faux leather color choice. 

Made using faux leather with a metal snap. Interfacing quilted on the interior. Slip pocket and side piece in the Catholic fabric to hold the pages open in place of the typical elastic band. 

St. Joseph book cover is paired with a cognac color of faux leather. The others are paired with a distressed blonde color in the faux leather. 

Measures 12 inches x 9 inches when fully opened.
